There is Alot to know! Almost too much to learn I have been training for over 1.5 years now and regularly train with professionals. Basically your body can only absorb so much protein anyway so having tonnes won't change anything. I find it's alllllll about training! Train hard and eat healthy and alot!

Its possible just takes longer! Roids make your muscles repair themselves much quicker so BodyBuilders can train each and every body part at least 6 days a week thats why they train like 5 hours a day... their muscles after taking roids at night are fully repaired and healed. Naturally you might need to give them atleasttttt a day but it would be better 2. It all depends on your body as well. 1 is plenty for me my body i can sense when it wants to train certain things.

This guys inspire me, everytime I need inspiration I look at this, for any type of training, no matter is it condition or strength training, they are beasts and crazy! I am trying to build up muscles but with condition trainings so I can be beast which can runn, climb, jump, hit, crush... Thx for all the best for inspiration! (P.S. I am also training muay thai but want to mix it with Ground and Pound and wrestling so I need to have body mass builded in a way to be able to spinn, rotate, jump..)

That's got to be one of the biggest myths going around about Bodybuilding. Those really muscular guys are pretty darn flexible. Many can do the splits both ways. Many can touch far below their toes with straight legs. Many can have their elbows touch each other from behind their heads etc etc. Muscle does NOT impair flexibility.

ah everyones an expert ay? Here is the most reliable training principle "progressive overload" more reps or more weight without sacrificing "good form" not overly strict form. You can implement this style of training on any exercise and it will work as for sets and reps find out what works best for you 5-7 reps is good allowing you to focus intensely for a short all out burst rather than marathon sets and reps as for sets 1 is all you need to use progressive overload principle 2 at the most IMO

Because they are concerned about injury. When you lock out or clang the weights together at the top of each movement like most of the no-progress morons you see at the gym, you are taxing your joints. When doing 8-12 reps each set with heavyweight, it adds up. Not to mention it isn't neccessary to lock out.

You know, enough with the form bullshit. There are many ways to train. Just because you just got your personal trainer's license doesn't mean you know all there is to know. He's completing a fucking circuit for his arms, and given the weight and amount of reps, a little body english isn't a bad thing. It won't take away from the ultimate goal so all the experts out there, post your videos and we'll see your perfect technique there.

strict form is not always the way to go. Ballistic motions work the muscle differently and can put on muscle by working the the muscle fibers more responsible for explosive strength. Strict form is good in its own respect, but ballistic motions have their place in the gym as well, regardless of what muscle you are training

Our pharmaceutical industry can then invest into making these drugs safer to use. Just triple the tax on it. But drugs of all forms should be banned from use in any competitive sport. Meh Juice heads - Don't think for a second you can get this big without taking some sort of steroid or GH. If you do decide on becoming a junkie like these muscle heads make sure you have good medical coverage and the money to save your live if you value it all. If you muscle heads want a real workout try metabolic conditioning, MMA conditioning, Plyo's, etc... Run 5 miles before you start your workout would be a good start. Anaerobic conditioning is not for the weak though.

Good physique isn't measured only by the size of the muscles but by things like endurance, flexibility and agility. Huge muscles are an obsticle for achieving these other 3 very important things. @xfastbreakx excess your body can only process so much protein at a time...I believe it depends on the person, but I wanna say its around 50g per meal or something along those lines, the extra protein is really just wasted it does nothing to gain fat on you....like you said they are two separate macronutrients.

It's not possible being without fat. You would die. Totally dehydrated bodybuilders before the Competition have ca 4-5% fat. They haven't anymore fat under the skin only a little bit at the organs. That's not healthy any more. Bruce Lee died on it, because he had permanent only a little bit fat. For me: everything under 8% isn't healthy - that's my opinion. And you look good too with 8%.

Are you implying Jackson has small shoulders? JJ has an excellent physique with very impressive shoulders. The standard of today's professional bodybuilding is disgusting with such emphasis placed upon attaining size and little regard to developing an asthetic and attractive apperance. In my opinion perfection in bodybuilding terms was achieved by Arnold Schwarznegger.
