again, I dont care if your taking basic mutlivitamins, if you take a shitload of them your liver can process it. For example, the drug Acutane has loads of vitamin c in it, so if your on that drug and take vitamin C daily in addition your liver will begin to shut down. Taking lots of any pills isnt good for you and this guy, although impressive, looks ridiculous. He can barely move his arms. Id be willing to be hes awful at any sport due to range of movement. Rather be lean and muscular anyday

yes glutamine does help recover from soreness, but so does all other aminos. the only way i have read glutamine contributes to fat loss is from appitite suppression. glutamine is the most abundant amino found in food and if you eat i high protein diet their is no need to supplement with it. your body produces 70g a day on its own not counting the amount digest from protein sources. im not saying amino supps are useless im saying if your paying for aminos you might as well get the whole package

I, too, love Dr. Oz & agree with about 98% of what he says. I really find it hard to believe he himself takes a cheap generic vitamin though. My multi-vitamin has 1200mg. of Vit. D3!!!!!! Exactly. I like Dr Oz and I generally like his advice, but he gives lousy advice on how to choose a multivitamin. Big companies might not cheat people on the vitamins that they put in there, but they use the cheapest forms of the vitamins to cut down cost, and then load their vitamins with artificial fillers, dyes, and other objectionable stuff. Not all multivtamins are created equal but the way Oz talks about gives the impression that they are.

Loose gains after use? what a crock! if you stopped using the product you would loose the water retention that the creatine promotes but loosing gains in muscle doesnt make sense. I just returned mine due to a n extremely bad reaction. Very tight Chest, extremely painful and inability to swallow without feeling like food is all the way full in my stomach up to my throat. ii have taken NO-Xplode, and my results were amazing, the thing is though, why would they combine creatine and glutamine into one product? Glutamine and creatine both compete to get into the muscle cells through the sodium transport chain, they would negate each other. I feel as though the caffeine is the only reason i got the pumps, and the nitric oxide was just a gimmick. This is just my nerd side speaking, i'm a post-grad pharmacy student.

yes, i just turned 17 last month and i've taken n.o. xplode and several other things too, i feel that "Pump Fuel" is the best i've ever used but it's really expensive. you can get both no xplode and pump fuel at GNC's. just read the back of the cans and it guides you to how much you should take based on your weight. i've tryed other products too but no xplode and pump fuel are my favorites.

Azcentral sorry for the misunderstanding. Aside from that, yes people do benefit from supplimentation, however the underlining cause of all this is not addressed. The medical industry like many other industry are so focused or purposedly focused on symptoms rather than cause. Thus the cycle repeats itself, where in natural medicine, we have the cure to virtually all disease, but the dominant western medicine have always put their thumbs down. More regulation is not the solution.

hyubgaek, I was putting clubtour - not you - in the 71% in the video who choose to believe in...what they believe, regardless of those nasty things called facts. I think you are agreeing with Dr. Hughes (and I agree ) - food is the best source for required nutrients. Having said that, there are people who do benefit from supplimentation; for instance - medical conditions. There should be more regulation to protect those who just don't take the time like you to do the homework.

The comment I have made is based on my own research. Lets stick to the topic, specifically vitamins. Go to the supermarket and read the label, on how the hard pill was formed. Yesterday I posted a comment where I wrote that Dr. Hughes didn't come off as someone thoroughly familiar with the field on which she is lecturing, and I related it to information I have in the past received from the Life Extension Foundation which I rate as superb when it comes to succinct as well as comprehensive information on nutrition and dietary supplements. As I clicked the Post Comment button, it changed to 'Comment pendig approval'. Obviously it hasn't been approved. I wonder why.

Who cares if you guys have vitamins and minerals in your damn bottles! The point I want to make is, all the other shit that goes with it, in order to form a damn pill are toxic, carcinogenic, and takes away the true benefits of the intended use. LOOK! You dirty universities, you guys need to make efforts to help the situation instead of making all your graduates regurgitate your damn lies you teach them!

the vegan diet is rich in iron and calcium, much more so than a typical meat and milk diet... There are many different sources of calcium other then dairy products. Dairy isn't even a good source of calcium. Only like 1/3 of is absorbed due to the Ca/Mg ratios.

Tim I love it. The SYMPHONY of nutrients - the out-dated term "synergy" comes to mind. I have not taken ANY supplements for 25 years-- I do not eat engines. You are not speaking on deaf ears. My clients get it. I get it. Anyone who goes totally raw gets it. Ahhh but that dreaded CHANGE factor-- that is the only thing that should be encapsulated- the willingness to change-- it should be given in injection form to all people!

Dont eat like a Body builder, they are Morons ! Eat for Strength, Health, and Vibrant appearance and energy with a long disease free life Sure you'll get Strong eating a Body builders diet, but that type of diet is 1 sided, other than strength, its all downhill That diet will severely age you prematurely and wear out your Organs and tissues and you'll be diseased in alot of Pain, or dead by age 60 Not a smart way to eat

Coleman, Cutler and many others will be Probably be Dead by the time they are 65. If they do happen to Live past 65 , they will be very aged, Diseased and in alot of Pain. The Diets that typical Bodybuilders eat are very destructive to the body on a physiological Level. the Only reason they get away with it is they are relatively Young.
