@snownorah Yoga keeps you young... a flexible body is a young one :-D. It can also sharpen your mentality and awareness. Not to mention you sex life. You can also use it to strengthen your spirituality as well, no matter what you believe in. A yoga mat IS necassary... I've tried using a towel or blanket and it kept moving around and wasnt enough cushion whenever i had to kneel. A mat is like 15 -20 bucks at walmart... if your serious about yoga, it would be well worth it PeAcE

Excellent verbiage, but the drawback with this video is that you don't SEE the exercises. All we see is the instructor talking! Occasionally,the camera will pan out to show the two students, but otherwise we just have to guess that we're doing things correctly as we watch/listen to the seated instructor.

I'll tell you what. That is the most impressive display you will see as far as flexibility in yoga for men is concerned. His form is without a doubt flawless. Anybody who has to criticize the competition should be concerned with whether the yogi in the contest is doing HIS yoga practice. You can't say what alright for this man. He looked quite pleased with himself at the finish. Also, he is practicing sense with drawl. by doing his sadhana with so many distractions.

thats nice and all but as a buddhist that does yoga everyday... thats not really yoga. its a stretch and a nice stretch but its basically a 1/4 of another yoga move which you could say is almost any movement in the world. either way nice stretch. also those fast movements are not really found in asana yoga. if it was chinese yoga aka qigong these to are too fast of motions.
