You also need to maintain an arch in the lower back. The weight compressing your lower back to the bench is BAD. Also, never arch your wrists, keep you wrists in alignment with your arms to prevent wrist injuries. Most importantly, never align your elbows with the bar in a 90 degree angel. the elbows should be tucked in a little ways to prevent rotators cuff injuries. I will help seeing that I am in an altruistic mood today. If you want to build muscle 10-15 reps to failure at cadence 5/5 is the best range for hypertrophy. But muscle is just one component of strength. If you want to build strength(i.e. bench more weight), 3-5 reps, whatever cadence you like, is desirable with occasional sets of 10-40 once every 6 weeks or so. 12 reps at 80 kg mean probably roughly a 108 kg max. Worse than many but better than a lot more at your age.

Ok, I guess it makes no sense to discuss with you about "Press to play" when you don't like the whole 80's period of Paul. For me it will always be an important album, I bought it when I was 14 and I loved it from the beginning. Peter Gabriel is one of heroes too and I own every album, but I don't compare Peter and Paul, they have completely different styles how they use their sounds and compose songs. If you're really a musician who listens with his ears you should notice the high quality ;-)

No I'm not crazy, but I'm a musician who looks at it without any prejudice! Too much synths, that would be true if it was a current record. But it came out in 1986 and then it was up to date! I mean it's still rock'n'roll with guitar solos, but with an 80's touch in sounds&production. As a songwriter I have to say that the songs on Press to play are very underrated, I don't know why. The album is full of great and varied compositions. This you must admit even if you don't like synths!

@bandit9874 let me tell you something you can't tell me anything about boxing I used to go a boxing gym everyday with my cousin who was a boxer. And if u knew anything about boxing u wouldn't even make the hospital comment because every boxer has to go to the hospital after the fight its a safety procedure.That includes the winner also. They have to run tests to make sure there are no broken bones or hemorrhaging of the brain. So your favorite boxer Manny had to go also.But I suppose u knew that

Because the fight was stopped he might be able to fight again if he chooses. Who knows what might have happened if he kept taking those shots? With as much as he had already taken who the fuck are you to judge what the ref sees fit? The man gave him several opportunities. If he wanted to stop it he would after the 2nd knockdown.

Regardless of rather or not he was taking as much punishment in the 12th as he was, say, round 7 or 8, who cares? When a fighter is beaten that badly MANY MANY times a ref will stop the fight if he even gets the idea the fighter is about to be in trouble. Cotto was on the ropes, took a few shots, MIGHT have been set up to take more.

By the way how long have you been watching boxing? This was definitely the most odd stoppage that I have seen in my life. He wanted to stop the fight right when the bell rung for round 12. It would have been much better had he just not let him come out for the round. The ref basically said to Manny I'm gonna give you this KO because of how you were beating him earlier and now he's running so you cant get a KO and thats not fair the fight's over. WTF

I really dont believe that you watched the fight. If Cotto had taking the punishment that he was taking in rounds 8 and 9 then yes by all means stop the fight. But don't stop it in round 12 when the opponent clearly showed that he wasn't trying to finish him and was comfortable coasting to victory. What did u see in the last round that made it worthy of a stoppage? Was Cotto being smothered by punches, was he stumbling around the ring, or knocked down? I just saw him running.
