Dips are great for getting rid of that JIGGLE! behind your arm...EWW! I hate that! So pushing your own bodyweight is a great way to tighten up that muscle called the TRICEP. I do dips at home on my chairs and at the gym, i do them on a dip machine or the "ROMAN CHAIR"...either way...these are great in incorporate into your tricep workout routine.
